BEDROCKHello! I am a graduate student at the University of California, Los Angeles, studying tectonic geomorphology. For my research, I use computer simulations to predict and explain observations made in the field. With the Bedrock Cluster, I hope to use such simulations to predict forces and stresses within Earth’s shallow subsurface and explain real-world bedrock weathering patterns such as bedrock fractures, weathered bedrock thickness, and possibly landslides.
