I am a STEM education researcher interested in promoting and researching K-12 STEM classrooms that are grounded in the principles of project-based and inquiry-based teaching and learning. As a Co-PI on the “Big Data” Cluster, I am collaborating with faculty from UVM and Jackson State University in the development of a teacher professional learning program and STEM curriculum that focuses on ways to highlight diversity, equity and inclusion in the critical zone research and education.
