DRYLANDSExperience includes degrees in electrical engineering, geology and geophysics interspersed with industry experience as a Schlumberger field engineer, hydrogeophysics instrumentation design, synfuels research with Exxon, and instrumentation for pavement construction quality control. Current research interests are in improving soil moisture estimation with electrical measurements, and applying potential fields to shallow geology site characterization.
