I am a postdoctoral scientist at UNR studying the effects of climate change on mountain snowpack throughout the Sierra Nevada mountains. My projects include analyzing rain-on-snow events and flood forcasting, forest thinning to prevent wildfires, and remote sensing using hyperspectral imagery to determine drought-induced vegetation stress.
