Dust^2We collect samples from all over our field sites. Then we turn those valuable samples over to a lab to be, well, converted into data. How that process happens is our of our hands, and the more we know about how labs work with our samples the better. During our June 2023 Cluster meeting Diego Fernandez, a chemist based at the University of Utah, described the samples-to-data process his lab uses.
