I will be utilizing the ISNOBAL model to model snowmelt and wind-induced snow redistribution in a sub-watershed of the Reynolds Creek Experimental Watershed. ISNOBAL is a spatially-distributed energy balance snowmelt model that simulates snow-cover development and ablation from images of distributed meteorological forcing variables. The project is part of the WC-WAVE and is funded by EPSCoR.
